Think about the what, when and how often for the training for your employees so your request is clear.
Use the Contact Us form or email us at contact@iConnectEnglish.co.uk to start the process.
Check your emails (and your junk box) for our reply from firstname.lastname@example.org
We will send you an Initial Training Needs Analysis form to complete, which will give us an overview of your requirements. This should be returned to us before we meet online, but we are flexible depending on your requirements.
We will arrange a call or online meeting to discuss your aims for the course. This is a chance for us to discuss how we will personalise the learning for your employees. We can discuss numbers of trainees, current language levels, frequency, timings and course duration with you at this meeting too. Our fees are based on this information.
We will then need you to gather information about the trainees and their learning needs. We can organise a level test for each trainee, if required. Alternatively trainees can use this test for guidance. Once we understand how many students, classes and hours for the training, we will be able to discuss our fees with you and give you an overview of the course details. For guidance, you can check our pricing here. If you agree to proceed, we will request a 25% deposit from you at this point and send a contract for your electronic signature.
You will receive our request for a deposit along with a contract and our Terms & Conditions. You should make the deposit payment and sign and return the contract.
We design our course to suit your group's needs, including work outside of the training sessions and our plans for regular reviews with you. Then we will schedule the classes and provide all the details so trainees can access the course.
You will receive our invoice for the final balance. This is typically sent four weeks before the course starts and should be settled swiftly.
Give your employees the instructions on how to join our online lessons, then sit back and relax while we help them improve their English.
