This is the best way to start the process so we understand the basic idea of what you want.

If you have requested that your students are tested to determine the appropriate levels for the classes, we will send you the test at this point.
We will arrange a call or online meeting to discuss your requirements further and so we can agree the details about your students needs. This is a chance for us to check the best way to deliver the online lessons to your students. We are currently using Zoom as the main way to deliver online courses. We will discuss prices and course duration with you at this meeting too.
Provided you are happy and wish to proceed at this stage, we will request a deposit.
You will receive our request for a deposit along with our Terms & Conditions. You should make the deposit payment and this also confirms your agreement to our Terms and Conditions.
We will then design our course to suit your group's needs, including our plans for monitoring progress. Then we will schedule the classes and confirm your booking.
You will receive our invoice for the final balance. This is typically sent four weeks before the course starts and should be settled swiftly.
Give your students the instructions on how to join our online lessons, then sit back and relax while we help them improve their English.
